Prosthetics
Custom-made artificial limbs for below-knee, above-knee, and upper-extremity amputations — including myoelectric, body-powered, cosmetic silicone, and adaptive recreational options.
Learn moreFor more than four decades, OrthoCare Center has restored autonomy for people living with mobility challenges — combining clinical craftsmanship with modern CAD/CAM manufacturing to build prosthetics, orthotics, and spinal solutions as unique as each patient.
From the first consultation to lifelong follow-up, our multidisciplinary team builds every device around the person who will wear it — never the other way around.
Custom-made artificial limbs for below-knee, above-knee, and upper-extremity amputations — including myoelectric, body-powered, cosmetic silicone, and adaptive recreational options.
Learn moreUpper-extremity, lower-extremity, and spinal bracing designed to support, align, and correct — improving function for conditions ranging from sports injury to neurological disorders.
Learn moreSpecialized management of scoliosis, kyphosis, and other spinal deformities — including CAD/CAM-designed Boston-style braces and growth-guided treatment for children and adults.
Learn moreDigital design and fabrication of insoles, back braces, molded seating, and cranial helmets — every product is precision-milled or 3D-printed from a 3D scan of the patient.
Learn moreGentle, growth-aware devices for children — including cranial helmets for plagiocephaly, early-onset scoliosis bracing, and adaptive seating that grows with each child.
Learn moreResidual limbs change in size and volume over time. Our scheduled six-month reviews and lifetime adjustment service keep every device comfortable, safe, and performing well.
Learn moreBefore any scan, measurement, or material is chosen, we sit with the patient and listen. A prosthetic or orthotic is not a product — it is a long-term relationship between a body, a device, and the team who keeps both moving forward. Our process blends traditional prosthetic craft with digital CAD/CAM precision, so the result feels natural, fits accurately, and lasts.

We discuss your medical history, goals, lifestyle, and current limitations. A clinician reviews imaging, examines the residual limb or affected limb, and explains realistic outcomes.
A precise 3D scan — or, when needed, a traditional plaster cast — captures the unique anatomy of the limb. The digital model becomes the foundation for every device that follows.
Our prosthetists design the device in CAD software, then mill or print the socket, shell, or brace. Components, materials, and alignment are tuned to your prescription.
You try the device in-clinic. We refine the socket, adjust alignment, and check pressure points, range of motion, and gait until it feels right.
Six-month reviews and on-demand adjustments keep the device comfortable as the limb changes. We're here for as long as you wear it.
Most custom devices move from scan to first fitting in 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity. Emergency interim devices can be produced within days for post-operative or acute cases. We keep you informed at every stage and never begin fabrication without your sign-off on the design plan.
A selection of what we design and manufacture in-house. Every device is built to order from a scan of the person who will wear it.

Custom socket paired with modular components — from basic SACH feet to energy-storing dynamic-response feet and microprocessor ankles.

Modular system with prosthetic knee joint — mechanical, polycentric, or microprocessor-controlled — paired with a suction or pin socket.

Battery-powered hand that opens and closes in response to muscle signals on the residual limb — combining natural control with cosmetic silicone finish.
CAD/CAM-designed Boston-style braces for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis — milled from a 3D scan to deliver precise corrective forces.

Calibrated insoles milled from a scan of the plantar surface — for plantar fasciitis, diabetic ulcers, flatfoot, and high-arch support.

Remolding orthosis for infants with plagiocephaly or brachycephaly — gently guiding symmetrical skull growth during the first year.
I came in after a road accident that took my leg below the knee. The team didn't just fit me with a prosthesis — they rebuilt my confidence. Eighteen months later, I'm back at work and walking my daughters to school every morning.
