Tell us a little about your needs and our coordinators will call or email you back to schedule. Please do not include sensitive medical details in this form — bring imaging and reports to your appointment instead.
Practical answers to common questions
Please bring any recent imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT) on a CD or USB drive, surgical reports if you've had surgery, a list of current medications, your insurance card if you plan to use coverage, and any previous prosthetic or orthotic device you currently use. Comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the affected limb is also helpful. If you're accompanying a child, bring their favorite small toy — it makes the scan session easier.
Yes — both the Zalka and Baabda clinics offer on-site parking, including accessible bays close to the entrance. Both clinics are step-free with ground-floor examination rooms, wheelchair-accessible washrooms, and wide doors throughout. If you require assistance from your vehicle to the clinic, please let us know in advance and a team member will meet you.
We work with most major Lebanese and regional health insurers, as well as several international providers. Coverage varies by policy and device type, so we recommend confirming your benefits with your insurer before your appointment. We provide full clinical documentation, prescriptions, and itemized quotations to support your claim — and our coordinators can help navigate the paperwork.
Absolutely — and we insist on it. No fabrication work begins until you have signed off on a written quotation that lists the device, components, materials, and total cost. The first consultation itself is free, so there is no charge for exploring whether a device is right for you. Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
Call us as soon as you notice an issue — pain, skin redness, looseness, or any mechanical noise are all reasons to book an unscheduled review. Adjustments are free for the first 90 days after delivery, and charged at predictable rates thereafter. If a major repair is needed, we can usually provide a loaner device within 48–72 hours while yours is in the workshop.
Yes — pediatric orthopedics is one of our core services. We treat children of all ages, from infants receiving cranial helmets for plagiocephaly through to adolescents being treated for scoliosis or limb deficiency. Our clinicians are experienced in working with children and their families, our clinics are child-friendly, and our devices are designed to grow with the child through scheduled refits.
